Tracy Stephensen Yoga & Wellness is dedicated to helping you achieve better health and wellness through yoga. Practicing yoga is the perfect way to reduce stress, gain flexibility and strength, and manage pain. We are focused on balancing and strengthening the mind-body-breath connection of our clients by integrating yoga, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation techniques.
