Women's Wellness Retreat

Calling all wellness junkies! It is YOUR time, YOUR turn, YOUR weekend.

YOU don’t want to miss this opportunity to find clarity and connection, with yourself and other amazing women. We are thrilled to host another weekend for women. This is for YOU, and you won’t regret proactively taking care of your mind, body, and soul like this. Please see the retreat schedule below.

We are returning to “Quest”, a retreat center in Christopher Lake, SK!  We will cater to your body, mind, soul, and spirit during this wellness retreat for women! You can look forward to:

  • Registration is $455 (e-transfer to jenn@jmjcoaching.ca) or $477 if by Paypal (under payments on jmjcoaching.ca) or credit card (over phone)  If you have already joined us, ask about our special ‘alumni’ rate.
  • cancellation policy:
    • Full refund - 30 days or more prior to event.
    • 10-29 days prior - refund minus a $100 non-refundable deposit.
    • Less than 10 days prior - no refund granted.  
    • We may be able to transfer your retreat registration to a future retreat- feel free to ask about this option.

5-6 pm Check in, tour, relaxation/social time

6:30-7:30 pm Dinner

8:00-9:00 pm Introductory welcome circle

9:30-10:00 pm Yoga (NO experience necessary - so relaxing!)

Saturday:

7:30-8:30 am Gentle beginner yoga

8:45-9:30 am Breakfast

10:00-12:00 Group coaching (awareness, reflection, renewal)

12:00-12:30 pm Get outside! (walking meditation optional)

12:30-1:30 pm Lunch

1:30-3:30 pm Group coaching (acceptance, the power of intention, change & resiliency)

3:30-5:00 pm Free time (visit? sit by the fire with wine? walk? read? nap?)

5:00-5:45 pm Yin yoga or MELT Method Treatment (or Free Time)

6:00-7:00 pm Dinner

7:00 pm Dessert, wine, vision boards & socializing

Sunday:

7:30-8:30 am Gentle beginner yoga (let’s start this day out right!)

8:45-9:30 am Breakfast

10:00-11:30 am Group coaching (readiness for change & personalized wellness plan)

11:30-12:30 pm Closing ceremony

12:30-1:30 pm Lunch, checkout, walk, last visits…(between 1-2pm)
