If you are experiencing discomfort, limited freedom of movement or pain, a yoga therapy session is designed to meet your specific needs and to develop a personalized home program for you that integrates yoga postures, deep relaxation, breathing techniques and meditation to bring your mind-body connection back into alignment and improve your overall well-being. Yoga therapy sessions are offered on a one-on-one basis.
Whether you are new to yoga and want to develop a home practice before attending group classes, or are looking to gain more flexibility and strength or relieve stress or muscular tension, private sessions allow you to experience deeply focused attention and develop a practice specifically designed to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals. Private yoga sessions allow you to work on areas of special interest for you and to fit your schedule. They are offered in the comfort of your home or in my Warman home studio. Semi-private sessions are also available.
Corporate yoga classes are being embraced by many businesses. These sessions are a wonderful way to alleviate workplace stressers and bring employees together to do something fun like lunchtime yoga or a corporate retreat.
